Although this site is designed to share photographs from my 1981 trip to Europe, it is also designed as an educational site for students or potential travellers seeking information on sites of interest, and the history and culture of Europe.

While the site is divided into five geographic regions, you may view the entire site from beginning to end simply by pressing the "Next" button on the Remote Control.

Each page contains a photograph, with caption and/or commentary and a map of Europe with the particular country highlighted. Since readers may enter the site randomly via search engines, text pertaining to a series of photographs may be repeated on each of those pages. References within the text to a specific photo are highlighted in bold gold type.
